We have partnered with educators across three schools in North County, to learn about the needs and struggles of each school. It was imperative that we did not come with an agenda, but listened well to their needs for the school.  Through this, we have four initiatives currently underway:

• Mentoring in Oceanside
• Internships in Oceanside
• Makers Space in Carlsbad
• Literacy Program in Encinitas

The UNITE North County Luncheon is our annual event, held on the National Day of Prayer.  Our vision is for the civic, business and church leaders (and executive staff) from across the cities of coastal North County to come together in united prayer and prospective collaboration for the good of our communities.  In attendance includes the Mayors and other key community leaders of Encinitas, Carlsbad, Vista and Oceanside.
